First - Thank you to all the men and women who have fought and still fight for our freedom! Sometimes we take that for granted and we don't realize how much of a sacrifice it is for them as well as their families. From my family to yours... THANK YOU!!
Second - WHOOO it was a three day weekend!! Since I am on maternity leave, it was no big deal, but we loved having daddy home!
We started off the weekend by celebrating GiGi's birthday! Texas Roadhouse and ice cream for the win!
I am sure throughout this blog, you will see how much Brooke is obsessed with her baby brother! She did a lot of holding this weekend...
and more cuddles...
Sunday we went to a family cookout back at Kevin's hometown. This was the first time Kevin's grandma met Walker. She is one proud great grandma!

We had a neighborhood cookout later Sunday night, but I didn't take one.single.picture. I was too busy running after kiddos, making s'mores, and being chatty!
Monday was a beautiful day spent at Uncle Bill Bo Bo's. We ate, swam, and ate some more!
